In order to accept your award, you must complete the required paperwork (access link found on your Award Letter) by 12 a.m. on Friday, 5/3/24 in order to have your check processed the week of June 10.

1. SUPERVISOR Mid-Summer Verifcation Form
Please have your supervisor/s submit the above required electronic form 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 7/10/24.
2. FINAL REPORT BLOG POST
All recipients must post their final report to the 海基会的博客 by Wednesday, 8/21/24. The Final Report must reflect on the prompts provided in the Intructions link below, include clear/relevant photos and is limited to 500 words.
3. SUPERVISOR END OF SUMMER VERIFICATION FORM
Please have your supervisor/s submit the above required electronic form at the end of your summer experience but no later 比 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 8/21/24.
4. 感谢信
Please submit a brief 比k you note by the end of your summer experience but no later 比 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 8/21/24. 文档 must be saved as 姓.FirstName.谢谢, then uploaded via the box below in order for your submission to be considered complete. Please use the following template and complete note based on your individual experience.
